In 2005 four high school friends in Canberra started a band called Pleased To Jive You. Fifteen years later the group closed the book, but not without one final chapter.

Colour Me Dead is a 60-something minute compilation of music, skits, found sounds, improvisations and conversations from the past several years; A stitched together collage of ideas which blend seamlessly and at times abruptly into one another.

Approached with the giddy excitement of kids messing around with a microphone, while making use of the undeniable experience of the songwriters, Colour Me Dead spans genres, time zones and definition.

A love letter, absent of regret, to the band, and to anyone who has identified with them. Pleased To Jive You are proud to present Colour me Dead, their final project.
